The purpose of the North Dakota Association of Career Services Professionals (NDACSP) will be:

  • To create and maintain a network of career services professionals, employers and state and local governments;
  • To promote and support post secondary programs and activities sponsored by Career Services


Working together to build the future

Members of the North Dakota Association of Career Services Professionals come from the ranks of cooperative education, career planning and placement, and represent public and private universities, community colleges and post-secondary institutions.

What is the role of NDACSP?

Members of NDACSP work together to deliver a wide array of services to employers.

With a firm grasp on educational issues, trends and industry practices, the NDACSP organization works together in order to bring you, the employer, access to career and employment services that meet your distinct needs. The organization is dedicated to maintaining an effective and accommodating network of qualified career service professionals.

NDACSP provides resources that enhance an employer's work force, assisting with cooperative education programs and internships, career fairs and recruiting. NDACSP can open doors to beneficial relationships with student organizations and recognized faculty at colleges and universities.

NDACSP can introduce you to a diverse population of qualified candidates in a wide variety of programs.

The members of NDACSP respect and encourage varied approaches to work-integrated programming and promote cooperative education as a learning strategy.
